Welcome to Settler’s Landing Stafford’s Friendliest Community
Settler’s Landing is a well-established community of approximately 300 single-family homes located in North Stafford, Virginia. Conveniently situated between Routes 610 and 630 and bordered by Mine Road and Eustace Road, our neighborhood offers easy access to shopping, schools, commuter routes, and everyday conveniences. For more than 30 years, Settler’s Landing has been a place neighbors are proud to call home. Residents take pride in maintaining their properties and looking out for one another, contributing to the welcoming and close-knit feel of the community. All property owners are members of the Settler’s Landing Homeowners Association (HOA). The HOA is responsible for maintaining designated common areas and supporting community standards that help preserve property values and the overall appearance of the neighborhood. Board meetings are held monthly and are open to all members. Settler’s Landing does not maintain a pool or clubhouse, which allows the Association to keep annual dues affordable at just $126 per year — among the lowest in Stafford County. This structure allows the community to focus on essential maintenance and responsible stewardship of shared spaces. We encourage residents to stay informed, attend meetings, and participate in maintaining the quality and character that make Settler’s Landing a great place to live.
